In an increasingly competitive technical and economic world, you want to be sure that your CIAT equipment will run at optimum performance and that everything has been done to ensure that it remains operational for as long as possible.

With this is mind, CIAT offers a new range of services that meets the expectations of its customers in terms of maintenance.

Why choose CIAT SERVICE?

CIAT provides you with:

  • An extensive team of technicians specialised in the operation of CIAT equipment and ready to intervene daily.
  • A certified training centre which, every year, teaches over 1,000 technicians from around the world about cooling, air conditioning and air handling.

Three contracts for three levels of service: take advantage of CIAT's expertise to keep your system running at peak performance.

* TECHNICAL INSPECTION

With CIAT's technical inspection contract, you benefit not only from priority status for repairs but also from special rates for both labour and for call-outs for services not covered by the contract.

The contract includes:

  • Two preventive maintenance inspections per year,
  • Regular equipment checkups,
  • A detailed and complete assessment (operating readings),
  • Check of refrigeration circuit(s) for leaks
  • Assessment of necessary work,
  • Estimation of parts to be replaced.

* SERVICE PLUS

CIAT's Service Plus contract is your guarantee of quick service with complete transparency. All labour costs are covered by the contract. All you pay for is replacement parts for which we supply an estimate.

The contract includes all the services provided under the Technical Inspection contract plus:

  • A complete assessment of your CIAT equipment,
  • Full servicing,
  • Check of refrigeration circuit(s) for leaks,
  • An intermediate inspection,
  • A periodic oil analysis (once a year depending on the unit),
  • A full range of replacement parts,
  • Two corrective maintenance call-outs.

* SERVICE

CIAT's Full Service contract gives you complete peace of mind. Everything is included, so there are no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises; you are in full control of you budget.

The contract includes all services provided under the Technical Inspection and Service Plus contracts plus:

  • Labour and call-out costs for all repairs,
  • Supply of replacement parts.
