CIAT attaches the utmost importance to the quality of its products. Our commitment to continual improvement is founded on our quest for increased customer satisfaction.
1 - ISO 9001
CIAT employs a quality system that is built on the performance and efficiency of its processes. This means that everyone in the company is committed to the pursuit of continuous development.
Every piece of CIAT equipment is inspected at various stages of the manufacturing process. From leak testing and component quality control, to its research centre and operating test facilities, the resources CIAT uses reflect the quality we value so highly.
CIAT's customer-focused quality system has been acknowledged and certified for over 10 years by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
2 - CIAT'S safety, health and environmental policy
The CIAT Group's ambition is to become a leading name in Hygiene, Safety, Health and the Environment. Ethical respect for our employees, customers and shareholders is an underlying principle that permeates every aspect of our operations.
Our challenge is two-fold: protect people and the environment without sacrificing the quality of our products and services or our economic performance.
With this in mind CIAT's board defines the Group's Health, Safety and Environment Policy and communicates and shares it with all its employees and external partners.
3 - EUROVENT
CIAT adheres to the EUROVENT certification programme. Eurovent is a European organisation which certifies the technical performance ratings stated on products. Thanks to its precisely-defined rules, EUROVENT guarantees that drawing offices, installation engineers and end-users select the equipment that is best suited to their needs. Tests are based on the significant values of the products and comply with EN standards.
4 - CE marking
All CIAT products subject to the requirements of European directives undergo additional tests so that they can enjoy freedom of movement in the European Economic Area. These products carry the CE marking, additional proof of a product's safety.
5 - Other certifications
In its certification strategy, CIAT's products have been certified by different organisations such as GOST STANDARD for Russia, Selo for factories in China, AENOR for factories in Europe...
Moreover, depending on their particular needs, products have a specific certification such as ATEX or for the certification of pressure equipment (PED).
6 - Sustainable development:
Strategies for increased comfort, environmental protection and safety are an integral part of CIAT's development policy across the different market sectors.
CIAT is committed to sustainable development and ensures that it is always on the ball, anticipating the norms and standards of the future. Technological, competitive and economic observation tools today enable us to stay one step ahead of both technological developments and our customer's expectations.
At the heart of our Research and Innovation Centre, we work daily towards understanding new fluids, assessing the recycling of materials, reducing energy consumption and improving sound levels.
