DFU
DFU is a plug & play ventilation unit with heat recovery
Range is able to provide airflow from 500 to 3200 m3/h 6 sizes.
Designed for spaces where fresh air exchange is required by regulations or simply to improve livability, DFU allows the recovery of up to 95% of the heat present in the expelled air.

- Plug & Play
- The units are characterized by closing panels made of a double sheet of galvanized steel, pre-painted on the outer surface, completely removable for inspection/maintenance, and with different inlet/outlet configurations
- Mineral wool insulation and thermal break profile
- Internal heat and sound insulation made from mineral wool with a thickness of 30 mm
- Ventilation sections with EC plug-fan with 0-10 V C/C control with aluminum impellers with motor BLDC
- Upstream-flow heat recovery, with aluminum or pre-painted aluminum heat exchanger sealed at the ends in order to prevent contamination of the fresh air. Bypass damper inserted inside the unit controlled by the DFU control system
- F7 filter on the outlet (F9 optional) and M6 on the intake
- Condensate collection and drainage container constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Designed for inclusion of post-heating exchanger inside the unit
- Constant speed as STD;
- Variable speed based on constant flow rate (accessory);
- Variable speed based on constant pressure (accessory);
- Variable speed based on CO2/VOC probe for IAQ control (accessory);
- Management of the by-pass damper;
- Check for filter clogging;
- Standard antifreeze function with flow unbalancing;
- Optional antifreeze function with flow unbalancing and antifreeze electrical heater with 2 intervention steps;
- Electric heating coil management with 2 steps;
- Modulating management of electric heating coil.
- Control software realized in 3 languages (French, Italian, English)
- Management of the water coils with modulating valves
- Management of the direct expansion coil with digital output signal or modulating analogic output signal
- Management of external dampers
Wide selection of additional accessories: Internal coils (electric pre-heating , electrical post-heating or water heating coil), external coils (water cooling and/or heating coil and DX coil), motorized two-way or three-way valves, airflow control (constant speed , airflow, or supply pressure), IAQ probes, support feet for horizontal version and protection for outside installation
